About the role
Based in our head office at Kirrawee this is an awesome opportunity to be a part of a collaborative People and Culture team who encourage and support each other in achieving positive outcomes! This role offers variety and supports a diversity of recruitment across both the operational and corporate side of the organisation.
In embedding excellent recruitment practices and ensuring positive candidate experiences across Sylvanvale, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate per-employment compliance requirements for candidates.
Assist in shortlisting candidates, organize and participate on interview panels and influence good selection decisions.
Execute the onboarding process for new employees.
Manage key attraction strategies, such as the employee referral program.
Collect data on recruitment to report on the performance of the recruitment process.
About you
You are a passionate and resilient multitasker who is adaptable and can rise to the challenge. Your attention to detail is impeccable and you thrive on exceptional service delivery. You are a team player with a willingness to assist in other areas of the business.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Strong ability to calmly support multiple projects simultaneously.
Focus on process improvement and efficiency
Excellent technology capability (Microsoft suite)
Demonstrated ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
Desirable:
Understanding of the Disability sector
Qualification in or currently studying Human Resources or similar.
This role may suit a HR Graduate seeking an opportunity to progress their career or a high-level administrator with an interest in recruitment.
Successful applicants will require a current Australian Drivers Licence, two COVID-19 vaccinations and a booster and full Australian Work rights. An offer will be subject to a police clearance and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
