Recruitment Team Leader

Fuse Recruitment is a leading Australian owned recruitment agency with offices in Sydney, , Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. Currently we are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our established Manufacturing team in Sydney!
The Fuse Recruitment Manufacturing team are specialist Recruiters in 6 main Industry Sectors including:

• Pharmaceuticals
• Medical Device
• FMCG
• Chemical
• Packaging
• Industrial

Our Sydney Manufacturing team is currently small but it is mighty! We have an established client base and are now looking for a hands on Team Leader to help us continue to build on our successes.
Our Recruitment team play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of individuals and driving the success of our clients. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates whilst collaborating with a dynamic team of recruitment professionals, sharing insights and best practices.

This is a dynamic position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through various channels including advertising, our CRM and search platforms
• Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with suitable positions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and job market dynamics
• Providing expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates
• Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing recruitment including blue and white collar, temporary and permanent recruitment
• Client developmentt experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to consistently deliver the highest customer service and relationship management level
• A team and customer centric approach to work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
