Position:Recruitment Team Leader
Location: Osborne Park, Western Australia
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of two to three recruiters in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for blue collar positions in Rail, Civil, Mining, and Logistics industries.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish recruitment strategies, goals, and KPIs, and regularly report on progress and results.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in blue collar industries, preferably in Rail, Civil, Mining, or Logistics.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and Microsoft Office suite.
