About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional to join our team. The Regional Administrator is a key role that supports the Senior Managers for our three program areas in Southern Melbourne:
- Child and Family Services
- Family Preservation, Reunification and Out of Home Care
- Youth Residential Services
As a Regional Administrator, you will support the Senior Managers with various administrative tasks including day-to-day secretarial support, diary management, preparation of program documents, correspondence and presentations, reporting requirements, coordination of meetings and minute taking. The Regional Administrator will build collaborative relationships with a range of key stakeholders and represent Uniting in a professional matter.

About you
To be successful in your application you will meet the person specification in the position description, including having extensive experience in administration task management and secretarial support. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong initiative, problem solving, communication and relationship building skills are essential to this role. High-level computer literacy skills is also key.
