Position: Medical Undergraduate Coordinator
Key responsibilities include:
- Student Administration Support: A key contact for Medical Undergraduate students providing general guidance, a contact resource and providing administration support to the Medical Education Officer
- Clinical Rotation Coordinator: Coordinate clinical placements for medical students, working closely with University of Melbourne and internal stakeholders and other organisations
- Collaborator: Colloborate with the ERH Hub Educators and the Medical Education Innovation Officer and support the administration components of the curriculum
- Educational Events: Plan and organize educational events for Medical Undergraduates
- Orientation programs: Coordinate the orientation programs for incoming Medical Undergraduate medical students
This is a key role in facilitating the coordination and administration support for medical students at Echuca Regional Health. The position purpose is to work closely with medical students, University of Melbourne the Echuca Regional Health (ERH) Hub Educators and the Medical Education Innovation Officer.
Key Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated administration experience with computer skills required
2. Demonstrated experience of providing support to students, staff or similar cohort
3. Provide an example from your previous experience where you had to coordinate multiple tasks or projects simultaneously? Please outline the specific steps you took to ensure effective coordination, the challenges you encountered, and the outcome of your efforts.
4. Provide any examples of how you have been involved in orientation program and key elements that are crucial to the success of onboarding staff

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
