About the role
Reporting to the National Health and Wellbeing Manager, we have an exciting position for a customer focused Injury Management Advisor to join our team. This position is based at our new Chadstone offices and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).
This role will help to drive the Officeworks Safety culture and provides high level advice and support regarding Injury Management and return to work planning for all work and non-work-related injuries and illnesses to sites across Victoria and Tasmania.
You will assist in the development and implementation of national decisions relating to Return-to-Work Planning for injured Officeworks team members. With a focus on liaising and consulting with injured team members, treating practitioners, site leadership team and the workers compensation claims management team you will provide strategic Injury Management advice, coach, and support key holders. You will attend case conferences and participate in multi-disciplinary reviews to discuss recovery and return to work progress.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' experience in Injury Management, Rehabilitation or Workers Compensation Management. You preferably hold a current Return To Work Coordinators certificate and pride yourself on your ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
You are a self starter with a passion to empower our community to care, stay safe, and live our best life. You have experience working in a multi-site environment, ideally within an organisation that is self-insured.
