Regional Manager – NSW Mid North Coast
Based in Coffs Harbour or Port Macquarie, we are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our NSW Mid North Coast region of 5 Radiology clinics that includes community and hospital sites across Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie and Armidale. As part of the NSW/ACT Business Unit Leadership team, this role ensures we continue to develop and support our exceptional team to deliver high quality services to patients, customers, referrers and the community, whilst achieving business goals.
As a people leader you are a superb communicator and influencer and can ensure successful delivery of change initiatives and achievement of operational improvement through your team. Key to your success will be the relationships you build with our Doctor's and the effective leadership and management of our Clinic teams through ongoing coaching, mentoring, development, and support.
You are someone who thrives in a community based, and people centric business, with demonstrable expertise in a multi-site leadership role, that includes managing complex workforce resource planning and P&L management, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
