About the Role
Reporting to the ADF Health Services Contract Manager, the Regional Manager will be responsible for the performance of the Southern NSW regional account and associated stakeholder relationships within the region including clinical staff, customer, local agencies, and subcontractors. The Regional Manager is a senior role within the ADF Health Services contract and therefore must be capable of working autonomously, leading large scale teams, and working with stakeholders across all levels.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Region leadership, employee engagement and workforce capability
- Partner with Bupa and Defence to design employee experience
- Accountable for service delivery and team performance
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to develop and execute regional sourcing strategies
- Support onboarding effectiveness and employee engagement
- Financials, reporting, compliance, governance and risk management.
About You
You are a confident and enthusiastic leader who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team. You’re passionate about developing, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve high levels of engagement. Your exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills will see you quickly grasp business requirements and prioritise essential activity. With a strong work ethic, you will be driven and motivated to deliver best practice solutions to meet contract and business goals.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience (5 – 10 years) in large multi-site contract management
- Strong people, leadership and performance management skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and commercial obligations
- Strong stakeholder management, including the ability to influence positive change
- High level of problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills
- Experience in a clinical and/ or Defence environment would be highly regarded
This role requires you to have or be able to obtain a Defence baseline clearance.
