Your new role
This is a key leadership role in NSW, based out of our Seven Hills branch. In this role you will lead the operations functions in all three branches in NSW. Leading an experienced and remote operational workforce you will oversee the hire fleet assets, property and the delivery of customer expectations. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise closely with the Branch and Sales Manager regarding availability of fleet and timing of project requirements
- Implement operational effectiveness initiatives across all NSW branches
- Increasing productivity of building readiness and whilst managing all costs
- Leadership of significant changes in operational processes to meet market conditions
- Control / manage Hire stock including additions, retirements, and rotations
About you
Drawing upon your experience leading Lead multi-disciplinary teams you be renowned as a leader who focuses on safety and continuous improvement. Other desired skills and experience include:
- Building repairs and general maintenance knowledge
- Project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including managing operational costs in line with demand to maintain or improve margins
- Knowledge/understanding of relevant building codes
