We have an opportunity for a Regional Offering Management Leader to join our HBS Direct team in North Ryde office, NSW.
You will be primarily focused on launching offerings, campaigns and initiatives to drive growth for the HBS direct project and service businesses in the region.
Your leadership will be critical in the development and implementation of the businesses' Strategic and Annual Operating Plans. Your market sizing, segmentation, ability to develop and implement growth initiatives, achieving defined KPIs and analytical skills will guide the business.
Regional Offering Management Leader responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Global Service Marketing and Regional leadership team to develop and deploy growth initiatives around:
- Expansion of customers with an HBS Service contract
- Expanded share of wallet with existing customers
- Identifying underpenetrated areas to focus for new project sales.
- Increasing win rate of large projects
- Engage key leadership stakeholders ensuring they are aware of initiatives, campaigns and offerings and the value created for customers.
- Develop and deploy customer segmentation models targeting service rich verticals, offerings and geographic markets across the region, supported by data and robust business cases.
- Identify, execute and monitor regional campaigns to drive growth.
- Undertake Voice of the Customer to capture insights to better enable our service offerings and front-line teams.
- Create KPI dashboards for regular tracking and measurement both lead and lag indicators of performance for Contracts.
- Provide support for HBS STRAP and AOP process as required.
- Be prepared to support HBS internal and customers events as a subject matter expert on your portfolio.
- Expected Travel will 20-30% to visit customers, attend trade events, or participate in development workshops
MUST HAVE
- 5+ Years Experience in Offering Management, Marketing, Sales or other functions in the building technology or IT industries
- 5+ Experience with automation solutions or experience in a B2B services business in the building technology or IT industries.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Business/Marketing/Technical Related
- Someone Innovative and can drive change.
- Ideally experience in the buildings management, security, and/or fire industries
- Self-starter, coachable individual
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Effective leadership skills
- Data analysis and presentation skills
