Your Role
Your new role will encompass supporting our Regional Operations, with a focus on both retail activities and operational initiatives and events.
You will be responsible for assisting in managing Civeo’s Retail Operations, which includes merchandising, ordering, stock control and maintaining marketing collateral. Additionally, you will actively support promotional activities and initiatives, ensuring their smooth execution.
You will collaborate closely with village teams, providing guidance, assistance, and ensuring adherence to Civeo policies, procedures, and processes.
Your proactive approach and ability to build relationships will be essential as you work alongside staff, support operational checks and facilitate change management initiatives.

About You
You will need the necessary qualifications, experience and skills to effectively support our Regional Operations.
Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and a current C Class Driver’s Licence (provisional or above) is essential for regulatory compliance and mobility. Additionally, possessing a Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) and a Forklift Licence would be advantageous.
With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial hospitality industry, you bring expertise in retail operations, including proficiency in POS/till systems, stock-control, stock take and merchandising processes.
Your ability to work independently and unsupervised as a self-starter, coupled with your keen attention to detail, ensures that you maintain high standards of operational efficiency and accuracy.
