- Adhering to legislation, regulations, and guidelines, making informed decisions within professional practice.
- Possessing more than a year of clinical experience with a dedication to person-centered care.
- Demonstrating expertise in holistic assessments, the development of care plans, and adherence to regulations.
- Exhibiting strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiently utilizing computers and managing time effectively.
- Acquiring knowledge in Workplace Health & Safety, infection control, and manual handling.
- Demonstrating leadership and management skills in a clinical care setting.
- Familiarity with Aged Care or comparable environments.
- Holding registration with AHPRA.
