As a Registered Nurse of our compassionate Ashleigh House team, you’ll be empowered to grow, develop, and make everyday life easier for the residents we deeply care about.
Key Responsibilites:
- Provide high-quality care to residents.
- Undertake clinical, social and self-care assessments.
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality standards.
- Anticipate residents' changing health needs by updating care plans and assessments.
- Wound Care Management
- Support the residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.
- Support, coach, monitor and direct care staff.

- Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Highly organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
