Mayflower is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Reservoir. As a registered Nurse you will deliver personal and clinical care functions, ensuring quality and individualised care is provided to all residents.
About the Role
- Permanent and Casual Positions available
- Afternoon shifts available
- Location – Based at our Reservoir Aged Care Home.
- Assess and monitor the care needs of residents.
- Ensure medications are managed in accordance with policies, procedures and protocols
- Effectively manage teams in allocated areas
- Provide compassionate and respectful person-centered care to our residents in order to maximise their lifestyle options and ensure their independence is encouraged.

The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Aged Care.
- A caring, energetic, and professional approach to support residents with a diverse range of needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of the diverse needs of older people and people with disabilities.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Qualification requirements: Current registration with AHPRA
- The ability to obtain a satisfactory NDIS check
- A valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate (as required by the Government for home care workers).
