Key Responsibilities:

• Providing compassionate and individualised nursing care
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing tailored care plans

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
