The Role:
Join our team as a Permanent Registered Nurse (RN) at a 160-bed resort-style aged care facility located in beautiful Bargara, Bundaberg. Reporting directly to the Clinical Manager, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant lifestyle of Bargara, renowned for its oceanfront dining and local attractions. This is a permanent part-time position offering 9 shifts per fortnight, ensuring continuity of care for elsderly residents through a full rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans and needs.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident well-being and independence.
- Administer medications, perform assessments, and ensure accurate documentation of resident records.
- Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation processes to ensure optimal outcomes for residents.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in aged care is desirable but not essential
- Graduates are encouraged to apply

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously when required.
