We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Regional Queensland for a contract role. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to provide quality healthcare services to the patients within facilities while following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and monitoring your patient’s progress.
- Identifying sudden or subtle changes in your patient’s medical condition.
- Caring for patient’s needs throughout their recovery in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Creating and implementing effective care plans.
- Being the information conduit between doctors, patients and patient’s families.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an ICU nurse.
- AHPRA Registration is mandatory.
- Relevant certification and qualifications.
- Valid flu vaccination & immunisations.
- Must have a Critical Care Certificate
