POSITION OVERVIEW

Your duties will involve:
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;
- Ensuring patient and staff safety;
- Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;
- Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Willingness to be a positive team member with an attitude to support others and problem-solve efficiently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Understanding of the professional, ethical, and legal requirements;
- Current clinical knowledge and critical thinking ability.
