Tenterfield Care Centre Ltd (TCC) is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to providing high-quality, personalised aged care for the Tenterfield community and surrounds.
TCC offers residential aged care (including dementia-specific care), independent living, respite, and community aging services through the operation of Haddington Nursing Home and Millrace Hostel.

What you will do:
As a Registered Nurse or Graduate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plans
- Supervision and support for Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
- AHPRA Registration
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
- NDIS Check & National Police Check & Current drivers’ licence
