Form of workWe are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our wonderful team at Kirkbrae Presbyterian Homes.
Kirkbrae is a not for profit organisation located in Kilsyth, providing high quality retirement living and aged care services for people in the outer east of Melbourne.
Come and join our dedicated team and provide exceptional service and quality care to our residents in a family like environment. You will ensure that all residents receive support services in line with their contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management and documentation.
What's required from applicants
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Reliability and commitment to deliver the highest level of clinical care
- Strong understanding of Residents' Rights, Aged Care Standards and Outcomes
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Covid Vaccination
- Current National Police Check
- NDIS Check
- A knowledge of Best Med is desirable.
