This is a Recruitment Pool for suitably qualified Registered Nurses covering:
Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
The following should be noted:
- The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.
- Interviews may not be conducted as part of the process however applicants may be contacted to provide additional information.
- Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2024.

Position Profile: The Registered NurseMental Health is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality, client focussed care. The role plans and facilitates client activities in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team and liaises with all members of the health care team, clients and carers to ensure patient care meets National Health and Mental Health Standards.
To enable you to safely work in an Acute Psychiatric Ward it is essential that you have experience in this area of speciality. If you do not have experience and have a strong interest in Mental Health it would be very favourably looked upon to have completed the Mental Health Commission MHA 2014 Training For Clinicians and also to be familiar with the https://www.chiefpsychiatrist.wa.gov.au website. You may find the MHPOD has useful online training in various Mental Health Issues.
