The Market Operations Branch oversees the registration function ensuring provider obligations are understood. They consult with stakeholder and use and analyse intelligence, risk, data and other information to make decisions. They lead interagency engagement for market entry and worker screening operations. The branch has three key teams:
- Provider registration
- Audit and Monitoring
- Market Coordination
The Registration Monitoring program is a critical part of the registration process and provides valuable information to inform registration decisions. It also includes managing compliance monitoring programs for the provider registration cycle.
The successful candidate will:
- Support skill and knowledge development through learning opportunities for legislative frameworks and policy requirements.
- Follow direction to perform and achieve complex monitoring work requiring a thorough knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks and policy requirements.
- Support the coordination and drafting of complex correspondence, briefs, reports and communications material to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
- Develop, implement and maintain monitoring related activities for market operations
- Engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Report on Registration Monitoring programs and support work processes, systems and guidance to ensure the rigour and consistency of monitoring programs.
- Identify and escalate (as appropriate) risk and issues that impact delivery of programs
- Other duties as required.
