One of Australia’s largest and fastest growing PropTechs, our client is a software solution for Real Estate agencies and looking for a new member of the Customer Support team.

The Role:

This is a fun support role where you can put your real estate software knowledge to use. With the purpose of this role being to deliver on four key areas - utilisation, retention, engagement and upsell opportunities, main tasks will include:

• Working closely with the customers to ensure they are using the product well and maximising all the product functionality
• First point of contact for inbound support enquiries (phone, email and chat)
• Provide and talk through resolutions to queries / problem-solve
• Direct elevated matters to internal departments when needed
• Database management & keep notes on conversations

About you:

You will enjoy working in a high-vibe, customer-centric environment, where the entire team is engaged in elevating the role of a Property Manager and helping them create efficiencies through ‘best use’ of the system. Also:

• You will be coming from a Property Management Department Head or Senior Portfolio Management role, ideally with knowledge of trust accounting
• Previous experience on a help-desk or supporting with cloud-based software will be viewed favourably
• Be a good communicator (verbal and written) and comfortable on the phone
• Have a natural willingness towards customer service
• Able to travel into the city at least 2 – 3 days / week (100% WFH until 2023)
