Relationship Manager (Home Loans)
Bank of China currently is seeking a few energetic and highly motivated Relationship Managers to join our growing team.
This is a Two Year Maximum Term Contract subject to review for an on-going basis after the contract period.
You will act as a primary point of contact for brokers, facilitate Home Loans. Manage relationships and promote the bank’s home loan business through aggregator channels. Help maintain compliance for home loan applications and provide training to brokers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain working relationship with aggregators, promoting the bank's home loan products and help attract businesses from brokers;
- Manage portfolio of brokers, attend broker enquiries about the bank’s credit policy, application status and resolve issues during application process;
- Provide training to brokers on the Bank’s credit policy, lending process and compliance requirement;
- Gather market trend information, provide feedbacks from the market help with internal process improvement and product developments;
- Facilitate home loan applications submitted by brokers;
- Being first line of credit assessment, flag issues with brokers and credit team;
- Help resolve lending enquiries, provide excellent services and experience to both brokers and their customers;
- Maintain the integrity of the bank’s credit policy, responsible lending and NCCP compliance;
- Professional development and kept up with regulatory and market changes;
- Achieve sales targets and promoting the bank's brand.
Candidates should ideally:
- Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or Economics
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a home loan lending/business development environment
- Proven track of record in achieving sales targets and managing a portfolio of customers
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese
