The Opportunity
As part of the Asset Management division of La Trobe Financial, the Private Wealth Desk Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional client service to new and potential La Trobe Financial investors. The Private Wealth Desk is a high touch service desk that will help clients who are invested across La Trobe Financial’s broadening spectrum of investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages assigned customers and proactively meets with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships
- Makes personal connections, engages and educates customers, asks open-ended questions, and listens to establish trust and build lasting relationships
- Achieving sales targets, generating activity and managing relationships
- Weekly Reporting to Head of Private Wealth Desk
- Attending Business Development Events – Conferences etc.
- Effectively and regularly communicating with existing investors
- Ability to travel interstate as required for divisional workshops, presentations, and Conferences
- Representing La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrating La Trobe Financial's corporate values
About you
- 5-8 years of professional experience distributing multi-asset class investment products
- Degree/Diploma in appropriate business-related discipline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Works well independently and in a team
