Reporting to the Repco Marketing Specialist, the Repco Marketing Coordinator will execute, coordinate, and support the promotional activity across Australian Markets to achieve both sales objectives and brand objectives.
The Marketing Coordinator will ensure all campaigns, promotional activity, events and marketing channels are executed appropriately to target customers in accordance with the own brand tones, positioning and the relevant customer value proposition, as well as contributing towards the customer satisfaction objectives.
This role is the perfect opportunity for a recent Uni Graduate or upcoming Marketing Superstar who is ambitous and aspires to reach the sky.
In the role you will:
- Support the Repco brand proposition and brand awareness
- Assist and support the Marketing Specialist to deliver on marketing activations, internal team and external customer communications, advertisements and editorials
- Regular competitor research
- Assist and support the Marketing Specialist on Trade Campaigns, promotions and sales events
- Provide industry Event support and Coordination & National Tradeshow
- Support key business stakeholders to implement strategic marketing activities
- Collaborate with the design team for briefing and proofing a wide variety of marketing collateral
- Support the marketing team in the development and delivery of our diverse marketing strategy for Repco across various brands and markets
About you:
- 2-3 years marketing experience (Ideally)
- You are a creative individual who likes to have fun
- Exceptional communicational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail including sound grammar and spelling.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage processes and tasks to achieve required outcomes within strict timeframes.
- Experience using the Adobe Suite is desirable, but not essential
- A "can do" approach
