About the Role
As a member of the Strategic Delivery & Insights Team, you will source, compile, maintain and distribute data and information relating to performance of the Risk & Governance function, as well as facilitate the measurement, assessment and reporting of metric results and outcomes.
In this role, you will also support the Risk & Governance function with the implementation of the risk and compliance management frameworks by being accountable for system reporting, dashboard maintenance, and adhoc operational reporting.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as Reporting Analyst you will:
- Update and maintain the risk systems dashboards, request data from stakeholders as necessary and provide general support to the team for collation of key risk and governance information.
- Administer the collection, maintenance and capture of related data, documentation, and information to support accurate and comprehensive reporting.
- Compile performance related information in specified data formats and templates for Risk and Governance and wider enterprise.
- Perform system troubleshooting and escalate issues, including proactive problem resolution as necessary.
- Contribute to the improvement of risk systems by escalating items such data, definition clarity and selection criteria issues, and proactive resolution to uplift quality reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Recent experience in a similar role, where you have applied your data analysis skills to extract valuable insights that support business decisions.
- Experience undertaking system monitoring, analysis, performance tuning and troubleshooting with some technical ability and experience in RSA Archer or other GRC systems (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders in order to build knowledge and understanding of a business and be able to clearly present your insights across an organisation.
