We're proud to have promoted our Reporting & Analytics Manager and are now seeking an exceptional incumbent for the role!
The Reporting & Analytics Manager will manage a team of analysts to provide insights into business performance and suggest areas and methods for improving operations and establishing and ensuring effective governance on data, reporting and adherence to best practices across all data needs.
The incumbent will be accountable to the Data Officer and can work flexibly from home and our Southbank office - hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Vendor to deliver on agreed service level agreements (SLA) for Reporting as a Service (RAAS), regulatory reporting and development security and operations (DevSecOps).
- Ensure timely execution, delivery and automation of relevant reports for business, cross functions, performance and operations
- Establish, manage, and maintain ENGIE Retails's reporting catalogue, including its quality and accuracy meeting stakeholder expectations
- Recommend, develop, and support best practice techniques, technologies, and systems to preserve and enhance privacy and the ethical use of data.
- Plan and develop flexible data governance policies, procedures, and standards to increase data governance maturity.
- Manage the internal team and offshore vendor to deliver analytics and insights to drive business forward.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience with managing vendors and able to hold them accountable to deliver on SLA requirements and have knowledge and understanding of the application of reporting and analytics to guide business decisions. You have team leadership and development capabilities and can build partnerships to work collaboratively wit others to meet shared objectives.
You can ensure accountability, communicate effectively and balance stakeholders.
