About the Team

This is a team that needs no introduction because customers drive our world.  Support, Success & Consulting Services represent the voice of our customers and are a highly collaborative conduit between Sales, Tech, Product, and Marketing, ensuring the needs of our SME & Enterprise customers are understood and reflected across the business.

Our Team

You’ll be working in an Analytics team within our Customer Support department, combining commercial acumen, technical data skills, and communication skills to turn complex, varied data into intuitive and informative insights that enable proactive and timely data driven decision making. 

To be successful in this role, you'll be driven, self-motivated, resourceful, naturally curious analyst who uses a creative mind-set to solve problems. You enjoy using your data and analytical skills to develop deep insights and motivate change.

What you'll be focused on...

  • Drive operational and customer experience analytics initiatives including the development of new reporting solutions and enhancement of current analysis and reporting
  • Deliver strategic insights and analysis that drive business decisions and process improvements
  • Use BI tools and SQL to automate and enhance operational performance reporting
  • Develop and maintain documentation and bridges that clarify differences between data sources and reports
  • Enable leaders by providing high quality operational performance data, reporting, analyses and Insights
  • Develop, analyse and summarise multiple sources of data in a relevant and meaningful manner
  • Use analytical reasoning and data modelling to identify problems and develop recommendations that address business needs

What we'd love to see from you...

  • Experience with analysing and transforming multi-channel data into meaningful insights and prediction
  • Strong data analysing skills and understanding of customer metrics
  • Advanced experience using Business Intelligence tools. Power BI preferred
  • Proven experience and ability in producing data visualisation, analysis and dashboards
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with cloud-based data solutions eg. Snowflake is desirable
