Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Reporting & Insights Analyst to join a dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for uncovering insights from data, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to extract insights and identify trends relevant to business objectives.
• Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques (e.g., decision tree models, GBMs) to derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SAS or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators and metrics.

Key Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytical/reporting role.
• Prior experience and proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of SAS or SQL.
• Experience with VBA, Python, or other data analytics software is beneficial.
• Competent use of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience analyzing customer experience and behavior, including customer journey mapping and Net Promoter Score (NPS), is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating with and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with dashboard reporting tools such as Qlik or similar is beneficial.
