About the Roll
- Assist customers with rental enquiries via phone, email and Live chat
- Drive sales, rentals and excess reductions
- Prepare holiday quotations and follow-ups
- Process bookings and payments
- Answer customer enquiries promptly, competently and professionally
- Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Administrative tasks and reporting
- Working within a team to assist the Branch Managers and Team Leaders in providing a seamless customer experience
Who we’re looking for:
- Friendly and polite with solid communication skills
- Proven Sales experience is desirable
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a busy environment and work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in Outlook and Microsoft office products
- Able to work rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays
- Must be available over the busy holiday periods
- Ability to work alone and in a close-knit team environment
