Tridon Australia specialises in the manufacture and distribution of products to the industrial, automotive hardware and export markets. It is a 100% Australian owned and managed company. Due to our continued expansion we have the need for an additional Customer Service team member to join our friendly supportive Call centre.
Qualifications & experience
- Training from a college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to converse with customers in order to understand and accurately address customer needs while maintaining a professional manner.
- Certificates of course completion in phone skills, word processing, and typing is advantageous.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer customer telephone calls and address customer requests.
- Enter accurately and process orders received over the phone, sent by email or received by other electronic means into computer system.
- Contact the customer to clarify any questions that may relate to the customer’s order.
- Prepare order responses for EDI generated orders in the appropriate computer application.
- Resolve customer enquiries.
- Resolve customer technical questions using provide product details or refer call to the product management team.
