Multiple positions available for experienced Call Centre Operators in Gosford for a NSW State Government Agency
- Full Time & Part Time positions available
- $34 per hour + super
- 25 (PT) 35 (FT) hours per week
- 6 month contract until 2025

- Manage basic agency services and keep records up-to-date
- Document and escalate complaints when necessary
- Assist in service delivery with essential administrative tasks
- Leverage digital systems to manage customer information efficiently
- Manage high volume and evolving tasks in the contact centre
- Operate communication systems accurately
- Maintain positive phone interactions
- Address customer needs promptly and accurately
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience (Call Centre, admin, retail)
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills required
