AddressOur National Client is currently seeking multiple Contact Centre Operators to work in a FM/Property maintenance team on a flexi roster. This role will be a fully office working environment, working with long term staff and offers career progression within a stable employer. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work with client calls via inbound phone orders, dealing with a wide range of queries and having a polite phone demeanor.
About you:
· Great attention to detail with exceptional written and oral communication skills;
· Highly self-motivated, with the skills to manage your time and plan effectively;
· Must be reliable and available to work weekends as required.
· Experience working in a fast-paced inbound Call Centre (ideal)
· A positive attitude, to offer a superior customer service experience
· Excel experience a must.
