Call Centre Representative
Location: Gosford
Rate: $34.01 per hour plus Super
Contract: Starting 28/06/2024, ongoing government contract
Please note that the training is FULLTIME and that there is flexibility and WFH post-training. However, this role will require the successful candidate to work primarily in the Gosford office. Your new company

With on the job training and opportunities within the business once your foot is in the door, this organisation is seeking candidates with experience in customer service, administration or previous Call Centre roles.
Your new role
The successful candidates will be placed on a 7am–7pm rotating roster, Monday–Friday excluding public holidays.
After completing training, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls, addressing queries and providing accurate information to clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Using multiple government systems, entering data and navigating multiple screens
- Meeting KPIs
- Previous experience in a government or Call Centre role (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in customer service, administration or similar (essential)
- Excellent communication skills, able to 'smile through the phone'
- Tech-savvy, the ability to pick up systems quickly and navigate across multiple government programs
- Successful candidates may need to complete a police check
- Supportive team with ongoing training provided
- Ability to move into different teams and work ongoing with the government organisation
