Residential Aged Care Manager - Will consider Care Manager's Stepping Up!! Relocate to Sunshine CoastWe have a unique Aged Care Facility Manager opportunity based on the Sunshine Coast. This is a highly rewarding position that can offer a fresh change within an industry leading Aged Care provider.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, and given the chance to really make the facility your own. 

This facility is fully accredited and has a strong clinical team in place consisting of several Clinical Mangers/Nurses.

 The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration - Essential 
• Previous Facility Manager experience - Essential 
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Sound financial and budgeting skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards
• Thorough understanding of continuous improvement
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Highly organised and an ability to use and set up systems
• Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and success in managing change
