With a strong pipeline of work, Devplex & Broadway Homes are seeking to add a Scheduler to our team. This role is full time and based out of our modern offices in Wangara.
We are a design and construct building company working across a variety of areas within the property development sector focusing mainly on, medium density housing, bespoke single & two storey custom builds, NDIS/SDA housing and Class 2 apartments.
As part of the Delstrat group we have a long standing history of innovation and delivery quality residential and commercial construction across Western Australia over the past 30 years.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules from project conception to completion
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, suppliers, and other team members to gather information and ensure accuracy in scheduling
- Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to create realistic and achievable timelines
- Implement new methodology and systems to help improve workflow
- Monitor and update pricing regularly, ensuring that there is always an up to date price book
- Report progress of work to management and other team members
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to optimize workflow and streamline communication.
About You:
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Scheduler or an Estimator
- Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in using software such as Beams, BCS, Excel, Databuild or equivalent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction would be advantageous but not required
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
