AddressWe are seeking an experienced Aged Care Registered Nurse who has real accountability and a solid track record within Residential Aged Care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the facility.

- Quality, Clinical Governance, Operations & HR support
- Experienced Clinical Care Manager on-site + 24/7 RN coverage

- Demonstrated leadership skills within Aged Care
- Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised and an ability to use systems
- Experience in managing/mentoring care staff and RNs
- Current AHPRA Registration
