We are looking for an ambitious person to join our team who has a solid all round knowledge of property management with experience in the field. Our company is a long established suburban office in Midland/Swan Valley/ Hills areas with a diverse portfolio which includes a large major executive apartment complex. Team is an important value within our agency and being able to support and work with each other is very essential for the team and our clients. Your strong communication skills would be welcome as well as your excellent time management skills. Property management as we know at times is very much about thinking on your feet and being able to influence people to a positive conclusion. We currently operate in task driven roles eg maintenance, leasing and finance but as we know there is a diverse number of duties we cover. Our team is supported by an inspections officer as well to assist with outside work. We are looking for someone who enjoys the challenges property management presents and enjoys solving problems for tenants and landlords. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the principal to learn more about how a real estate agency runs with a chance to be involved in future planning and growth. Your all-round ability will be welcomed and look forward to see you grow with the team.
Requirements:
- Full time Mon – Fri,Your 8.30am to 5pm
- Current property management registration
- Minimum of two years’ experience in property management either in portfolio role or specialisation model.
- Working knowledge of software programs IRE, Property Tree, Tapi and Inspection Manager
- Attention to detail both written and verbal
