Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager

You must have a positive, helpful attitude with the enthusiasm and passion to want to learn and grow. You will need to demonstrate an ability to work well under direction, in a team environment; autonomously to complete tasks to deadlines, show outstanding client focus and service and above all, a desire to assist the team as we continue to expand.
Working closely with other team members your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leasing inspections and negotiations
- Routine inspections
- Bond vacate and PCR inspections
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Correspondence preparation
- Client liaison and managing client relationships
- Checking and approving lease applications
- Property Maintenance
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience in Property Management and Leasing
- The ability to meet deadlines
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- High level of initiative and self-motivated
- Works well under pressure
- High level of computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver's license
- Well-spoken and well presented
- Fast and accurate touch typing skills
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
- Ability to work a part of a team
- Certificate IV in property service
