About the Role
Do you have a proven track record in developing effective solutions aligned with business requirements and managing risks? Do you bring hands-on experience in coaching and supporting individuals through conflict and interpersonal challenges? If so, this role could be your next career advancement.
This is an exciting opportunity to join CFA and secure one of these 3x Resolution Support Partner (RSP) vacancies. Your days will see you collaborate with specialists to address complex people-related issues, fostering early intervention and effective resolution.
The role involves assessing complaints, forming preliminary views, and overseeing fair investigations, assuming the Case Manager role for formal matters. The RSP also facilitates local resolution by coaching parties, exploring issues, and seeking agreed outcomes.
With a strong governance presence, the role ensures compliance with policies, legislative requirements, and champions CFA's behavioural standards. As part of the People Experience team, the RSP partners with stakeholders, contributing to program facilitation and developing tailored People Plans for a safe and inclusive environment.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role must hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline like HR management or industrial/employee relations. Several years of experience in Human Resources within a complex services organization, including a background in internal consulting with sophisticated relationship management requirements, is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, are crucial for success in this role. Demonstrated commitment to fostering an exceptional people experience for both employees and volunteers, underpinned by a mindset dedicated to customer service excellence.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and purposefully to drive breakthrough performance, manage multiple tasks simultaneously amidst changing priorities, and excellent communication skills for both written and oral formats and facilitating training/workshops in people and culture-related initiatives, are key aspect we are seeking.
