We have opportunities for
Resource Coordinators to join our Resource Team on a Permanent full time basis. These roles based at Osborne Park, will include a small element of working from home. The days of work are Tuesday to Saturday each week. Saturday is 0900-1700 Tuesday to Friday will be varied start times between 0600-0900. There is 3 - 4 weeks initial office based training. Further to that, 2 days per week can be worked from home.Whilst reporting directly to the
Resource Coordinator Team Leader, you will liaise daily with our various teams to schedule and roster care services to clients ensuring quality services are provided within the required timeframes.To enjoy this role, you will thrive in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment!
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and roster direct care providers and balance rosters to ensure quality service provision to clients.
- Analyse provider availability and rounds allocated to ensure most efficient use of resources.
- Monitor, manage and action notifications received from providers.
- Maintain the integrity of data within management systems to ensure accurate rostering and to achieve contractual and accreditation compliance.
- Process planned and unplanned leave including holiday period leave.
- Provide administration support to the Line Manager and team as delegated.
- Support and implement continuous improvement of business processes.
- Contribute to reporting as required.
About youThe ideal candidate for this position has excellent computer literacy skills, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and has a strong eye for detail. You will also meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a rostering/scheduling position is a highly desirable
- Flexible to work varied roster within operating hours and willingness to travel other offices in Perth metro region
- Excellent communication (written, verbal & listening) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to autonomously manage time and organise workload
- An empathetic approach to dealing with the sensitivities of clients and providers scheduling issues
