AddressMindil Beach Casino Resort have an exciting new opportunity for a Responsible Gaming Manager to join our leadership team. Based in Darwin and reporting to the General Manager, this role will champion and uphold the promotion of Responsible Gaming practices.

About this opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive individual that is genuinely passionate about the management of Responsible Gaming practices. You will be well versed in Responsible Gaming practices and harm minimisation. You are approachable and empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.
About you:
- An experienced Responsible Gaming Manager or similar role within a gaming environment
- Experience in preparing and distributing reports in relation to gaming activities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You have sound administrative skills and take pride in your work.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the gaming environment, including its intricacies and challenges, coupled strong emotional intelligence.
