- Act as the primary point of contact and onsite for booked events at The Argyle
- An approachable and professional attitude with a guest-centric approach and high standards in guest communications
- Experience within a managerial role with the ability to perform manager shifts within The Argyle as required
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for NSW
- Knowledge of Seven Rooms (beneficial)
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Event Management or Hospitality
- Demonstrated success in managing events in a high-volume establishment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
