Farmers Daughter is a Café in Yarralumla that offers outstanding coffees and brunch classics at a relaxed venue with yellow chairs and sewing machine tables.
Farmers Daughter is well known in the area for their menu that includes breakfast and brunch options like eggs Benedict, salads, tacos, rolls and much more.
Farmers Daughter is now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The right candidate will be responsible for:
Managing accounts receivable and store invoice;
Managing accounts payable for wholesale accounts worth;
Rostering staff;
Assisting with payroll duties;
Contacting and liaising with suppliers;
Implementing new policies and procedures into the workplace;
Supervising and training new staff;
Leading company research and development strategies;
Manage and supervise overall activities of the venue, including BOH, FOH and special Events;
Maximize customer service and manage complaints;
Create and supervise menus and special with Head Chef;
About you:
At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager;
Strong customer service skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
Strong organisational and Managerial skills;
Excellent presentation and ability to remain calm in all the situations;
Job type: Permanent/full-time
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
