A well known and popular QSR venue in Mornington is searching for someone to lead the team as their new Restaurant Manager. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining/quick service style venue.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for delivering customer service.
- Solid understanding of restaurant + food operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A creative and strategic mindset to drive innovation and growth.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Customer-first approach and team empowerment.
