The role:
You will be an experienced, passionate hands-on Manager, overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. Hatted/Michelin-star experience will be preferred. Focused supervision, ensuring exceptional service will be key, as will be maintaining high quality standards. Strong leadership and in depth knowledge of food and wine is a must.
