• Providing excellent customer service
• Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
• Employing and training new staffs
• Scheduling and wage targets
• Managing and supervising staffs
• Liaising with suppliers
• Help improve performance and productivity
• Comply with health regulations
• Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
• Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus
• Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders
