Restaurant Manager

Pachanga (https://www.facebook.com/p/Pachanga-100083175280032/) in Melbourne is looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join its growing team! We are located at 380 Russel St in the heart of Melbourne. 

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Working with our team of chefs and cooks to design menus with a Latin theme 
• Liaising with clients to organise private functions such as birthdays, graduation parties, bachelors parties including planning of budgets and tabs 
• Planning out budgets and purchasing stock or special items for events 
• Overseeing restaurant operations to ensure safety compliance and staff performance 
• Managing restaurant reservations and hosting 
• Managing reviews and customer happiness 
• Manage staff and ensure cohesion in the kitchen, employing new staff where necessary 
• Liaising regularly with other staff, running team meetings 

You will be: 

• A team player with strong leadership skills 
• Enthusiastic and passionate about Latin culture 
• Great at organising and managing budgets 
• Client focused and driven to expand our private events side 

Pachanga prides itself on its culture and client satisfaction, as well as its food and service. We are looking for someone to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You must have full availability. We are offering $75,000 - $85,000 p.a depending on the candidate.
