Restaurant Manager will work with the Food and Beverage team and take over the daily operations of the venue and help continue its growth.Responsibilities:
-Effective development of the service team to meet and exceed business objectives through individual and team performance (product knowledge, job-related tasks)
-Stay ahead of industry trends and reflect and implement these changes with the venue, enhance the guest experience, service standards and product presentation of all food and beverages
-Establish and adhere to effective stock management processes and cost control procedures
-Build and manage strong with key stakeholders, key supplier; curate and develop a community of locals and regulars within, and around business, with optimal growth in front of mind
-Inspire the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and maximize revenue
-Hands on management style with much time spent on the floor leading from the front
-Recruit, train, manage and develop all reporting staff
-Reporting and cash upsQualifications:
-Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager
-Commercial and financial acumen
-A passionate wine professional
